If you realize you entered the wrong address, you can request a change within a few minutes after placing the order.
Here’s how:

Go to the Order Status form page.

Enter your order number (numbers only) and the email address used during purchase.

Click on “Change of destination address”

Enter the new address and confirm
Please note: our system is designed to process orders automatically to ensure the fastest delivery time possible. We’ll do our best to intercept your order and update the shipping address before it is handed over to our logistics team.

Or you can redirect the package to a nearby pickup point.
Here’s how:

The day before delivery, you will receive an email from UPS with your expected time window.

Click on “Redirect” in the email.

Choose a convenient UPS Access Point.

Confirm the change.

You will receive another email once your package is ready for pickup.
You have 5 business days to pick up your package. Don’t forget to bring a valid ID.
