Want to know where your package is?
You can easily check the status of your shipment through one of the following channels:
- Automatic emails received after your purchase
- Your personal area on slam.com, section “My Orders”
- “Track Your Order” form
Using the “Track Your Order” form
To use the “Track Your Order” form:
- Enter your order number
- Enter the email address used for the purchase
- You will see the shipping status and the tracking link
👉 The order number can be found:
- in the order confirmation email
in the “My Orders” section of your account
Tracking and shipping
When your order is handed over to the courier by our logistics team, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.
Tracking may become active within 72 hours after receiving the email.
What you can do using the form
By entering your order number and purchase email address in the form, you can:
- check where your order is
- request a change of delivery address
- release a package on hold
