What information will I receive via email?
After your request, you’ll receive an email from our team with these options:
- Shipping to the original address:
If you want the package to be delivered to the address you originally provided, we'll ask you to confirm that it's correct. - Shipping to a different address:
If you want to receive the order at a different address, you’ll need to provide us with the complete new delivery address. - Return to sender and refund:
If you no longer wish to receive the order, we can have the package returned and proceed with a full refund at no additional cost.
