Delivery Attempts

For Italy: The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts at the destination address.

For International Orders: The courier will make 1 delivery attempt. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be held at the local courier facility. It will be the customer's responsibility to pick up the package. If the package is not picked up within 7 days, it will be returned to the seller. Therefore, we recommend providing a delivery address that is always attended.
Condition of the Package Upon Delivery
The customer must verify the condition of the product’s packaging at the time of delivery. The packaging must be intact, undamaged, dry, and in the same condition as when it was shipped. Any damage to the packaging or product must be immediately noted by the customer on the courier’s proof of delivery. Additionally, the customer must report any damage to the seller via registered mail or equivalent electronic communication.
