For the Italian market, the express courier will always make 3 delivery attempts to the destination address.
For the international market, the express courier will make 1 delivery attempt. If there is no person at the time of collection, the goods will be taken to the courier's place of business. It shall be up to the Customer to collect the parcel, otherwise the goods shall return to the Seller after 7 days. It is therefore necessary to indicate a place that is always manned as the delivery address.
The Customer is obliged to check, at the time of delivery of the Product, that the Product's packaging and/or wrapping is intact, undamaged, not wet or in any way altered. Any damage to the Product's packaging or wrapping must be immediately detected by the Customer by means of a control reserve note affixed to the courier's proof of delivery, as well as communicated to the Seller by means of a registered letter with return receipt or equivalent technology.
