Track your order on slam.com
Want to know where your package is? You can check the status of your shipment in several ways:
- through the automatic emails sent after your purchase;
- by accessing your personal account on slam.com, in the “My orders” section;
* by filling out the “Track your order” form.
To use the form:
1. enter your order number (numbers only) and the email address used for the purchase;
2. you will see the tracking link and the shipment status.
The order number can be found in the confirmation email or in the “My orders” section.
