Why can't I access the return form?
If you receive an error message, you may have made a small mistake when entering your details. Check the following:
1. The order number is not in the correct format
Order number: numbers only! Your order number follows the format SLC12345, but the form only accepts the numeric part. So, instead of entering SLC12345, type 12345.
2. The email address does not match the one used for the purchase
Correct email? The email address must be exactly the same as the one used for the purchase. Double-check for any extra spaces or typos (like .con instead of .com!).
