Why am I getting an authentication error in the return form?
If the system doesn't recognize your details, it may be due to one of these reasons:
1. You entered the order number incorrectly
Enter only the numbers from your order Your order number follows the format SLC12345, but in the form, you need to enter only the numbers. So, if your order number is SLC12345, simply enter 12345.
2. The email address is incorrect
Use the same email address you used for the order Make sure you type the email correctly! If you have multiple addresses, ensure you use the one associated with your purchase.
What should I do if I keep getting an error?
