When will I be refunded?
Once we receive your return, we will conduct a quality check and send you an email with the outcome of your refund request.
You will receive an email as soon as the refund is initiated.
The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase, no later than 14 business days from the date of receipt and compliance verification of the return at our warehouse.
The refund credit may take longer than 14 days, depending on the payment method used.
