From receipt of your order you have 30 working days to decide whether to keep or return the items in your order.
If you wish to return your purchase, please enter your order number, after the letters SLC and the email address you used for your purchase in the form below, so our customer care can find your order.
Follow the procedure and you will receive the result of your request.
You can decide whether to organise the return of the item yourself at your own expense by going to the post office or a trusted courier service; or to rely on our dedicated courier service.
- Return the items in their original packaging, in perfect condition, preferably with a copy of the sales note inside the packaging.
- If you have decided to organise the return of the goods yourself, entrust the parcel to the courier independently. If you have decided to rely on our service, print out the prepaid label attached to the email you will have received at the end of the return request and apply it to the parcel. Be careful to completely cover the previous label.
Within 14 working days of receiving the parcel, we will refund the invoiced price of the returned items using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that you can place a new order in our online shop if you wish to receive a different item than the returned item.
