1. Timeframe for requesting a return
- You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the package, to decide whether to keep or return the items from your order.
2. Start the return process
- Enter your order number (only the digits, for example 12345) and email used for the purchase in the form below
- Follow the procedure and select the items you want to return
- Wait for the return approval confirmation that you will receive via email
3. Prepare the products for shipment
- Place the items (or item) back in their original packaging, in perfect condition
- Include a copy of the sales document inside the packaging
4. Schedule the shipment
- Hand over the shipment to a courier of your choice or to the postal service.

- Note: Shipping costs for returning the goods and any customs duties are your responsibility.

5. Refund
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method you used to complete the purchase, within 14 working days of receiving the return at our warehouse.
Return Policy for Right of Withdrawal
- The products must be returned intact.
- Make sure the products you are returning are complete (e.g., returning both items of a pair).
- If you wish to return a product, we ask that you do not use it for anything other than what is reasonably necessary to decide whether to keep it or not. This means you can try them on to check the fit and size, but you cannot wear or wash them.
- Note: Any shipping costs and customs duties for returning a product from a non-EU country to Italy are your responsibility.
