If you have made a purchase on SLAM and wish to return one or more items, below you will find all the information regarding return timeframes, procedures, and conditions.
1. Timeframe for requesting a return
- You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the package, to decide whether to keep or return the items from your order.
2. Start the return process
- Enter your order number (only the digits, for example 12345) and email used for the purchase in the form below
- Follow the procedure and select the items you want to return
- Wait for the return approval confirmation that you will receive via email
3. Prepare the products for shipment
- Place the items (or item) back in their original packaging, in perfect condition
- Include a copy of the sales document inside the package, if possible
4. Schedule the shipment
You can choose between two options to return your items:
Return service arranged by SLAM (UPS courier)
- You will receive an email with the return shipping label
- Securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the package
- Wait for the courier to collect it or drop off the package at a UPS access point
- A fee of €9 will be deducted during the refund process to cover return handling costs
Self-arranged return
- You may arrange the return shipment independently using a courier of your choice
- With this option, shipping costs, including any customs duties, are at your expense
- Tip: we recommend choosing an insured and trackable shipping service

5. Refund
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to complete the purchase, within 14 days from the date the return is received at our warehouse and after verification of the return’s compliance.
⚠️ SLAM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized, non-compliant, or missing documentation. Such returns may be rejected or experience processing delays, which could result in the refund not being issued and additional costs charged to the customer.
